2010 Dividend & 2011 Bonus Issue
The Company is pleased to advise that dividend cheques for the 2010 dividend approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 24th May 2011 were mailed to shareholders on 24th June 2011. The Company is also pleased to notify shareholders that the 2011 Bonus shares have been listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange with effect from 27th June 2011 and are available for trading. Share certificates for shareholders who do not have CDS accounts were posted on 25th June 2011.
